Sophia Grechetto di Todi

Another variety new to me, Grechetto. Pale golden yellow. Stone fruit and white floral aromas, vaguely peach and pear flavors with a mineral and moderate skin tannin finish. Ok acid, fruity, easy to drink. Not obviously a food wine though it’s tasty enough. Long pear aftertaste
