Really enjoying the complexity and smoothness of this Pinot. Not my favorite flavors - fig, musty, olive oil, and rootiness. Yet, all the changes, stamina, length, and liquidity of this is simply delightful. The tanginess is very slight - like a faint, spicy strawberry, but wow, really fun diversity in every sip. Silky, oaky, musty, figgy, aromatic, with a long subtle finish that continues to shift flavors. Fun!

Aug 7th, 2017Light to medium red, thin legs, slight alcohol on the nose. Bright fruit, cherry and strawberry flavor. Tart, finish is dry and tannic enough to encourage more.

Jul 17th, 20172014v. Watered down cherry juice with some hint of oak. Flabby acidity and no tannins. Easy to gulp if you aren't looking for anything entertaining. 13.5% ABV. Look, I know it's only $9, but if you are at a TW, spring three more bucks for the Angeline white label Cali pinot. Much better bang for the buck, and a solid fruit forward pinot with genuine character.
