I find the bouquet faint and hard to detect, but the taste is wonderfully complex: white peach, grapefruit, orange zest, lemon, and mineral. Very enjoyable. This would probably pair great with ceviche.

Yellow gold color. Very crisp in taste and finish with strong apple notes. Floral and fruity aromas.
