I find the bouquet faint and hard to detect, but the taste is wonderfully complex: white peach, grapefruit, orange zest, lemon, and mineral. Very enjoyable. This would probably pair great with ceviche.

My favorite bottle under $15 lots of acidity - lemon green apple with a crisp finish.

Yellow gold color. Very crisp in taste and finish with strong apple notes. Floral and fruity aromas.

A typical Vermentino from Sardegna. Crisp refreshing acidity, light on the nose and palate. Green apple, pear, minerals and white flowers.
