Round 2 a night later. Nose has weakened but the OH has tamed down a bit. Still lacks fruit and remains harsh on the palate. No change in rating. I'm a seller!

Nov 22nd, 2017Decanted for 1.5 hours. Deep purple in color. Nose of chocolate, raspberry, and lots of alcohol. Very little fruit on the palate, and you can really feel the heat of the OH. Nothing out of the ordinary with regards to the finish. Disappointing.
