2009 vintage. Soft subtle sassafras, cherry with adequate lift and well integrated tannin. Delightful.

For me the epitome of NZ Pinot even if it comes from Marlborough. Delicate without being thin. Elegant is a better adjective. Gentle tannins. Raspberry, cherry, and maybe a hint of currant on the palate with a pleasantly long finish
