From 375ml bottle. Not as good as I was expecting from such a reputable producer and good vintage. Somewhat coarse and overly extracted. A Shiraz drinkers Pinot. Had another 375ml bottle 16 weeks later on 3rd July 2023 with similar notes as above.

Continuing on with the Shaw and Smith tasting from the Cellar Door. Raspberries and a confectionery note with silky tannins. Similar in style to the nearby Ashton Hills which I have often bought. The 2019 S and S Pinot was a sellout.

I believe this is my first Australian PN. Outstanding. Slight fresh herbs, citrus, sweet raspberry.
