I had a bottle two years ago, and now 11 years after bottling this wine is drinking even more beautifully. Strawberry, dark cherry, cedar, cocoa, white pepper, and cinnamon on the palate. High acid, medium tannins, and medium alcohol with a long finish. Some tertiary notes say don’t put this off much longer. I miss the days when producers weren’t making SLH pinots so hot. Lovely to be reminded.

Big cherry nose. More cherry on the palate with tart raspberry, pomegranate, and oak. Some tertiary fruit notes at this stage for this 2015, so drink now. Medium alcohol, medium body, medium minus tannins, high acid, medium plus finish.
