Saint-Bris Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc grown near Chablis. High acid. Lemon, grapefruit pith and mineral.

Pale gold. Smooth and medium-bodied on the palate. Juicy tropical fruit and lemongrass. Just enough acidity to keep things lively.

Some nice tropical notes. Perfect for the beach. Crisp acid. Nicely rounded for the price!

Not loving it. Has somewhat of a New Zealand SB touch, which I really don't like.

Sauvignon. Not Blanc. It is not too sweet except for the first sip. Once past the first sip, it is pretty well balanced.
