Pale straw with minor rim variation. Orange, grass, and white spice on the nose. On the palate, satsuma, honeysuckle, fresh hay. Medium light body. Almost watery acidity. Not much of a finish. Very food friendly, though.

This wine is actually produced literally across the road from where Chablis is made. It's the only Sauvignon Blanc produced there. Very nice, grassy, fresh, elegant, great quality-price ratio

My new favorite French white! Crisp and refreshing, but complex. Pairs well with seafood.
