Wonderfully unique and funky wine with that intangible Italian style. Wild yeasts, black fruits, black tea, & leather aromas/ flavors. Perfectly balanced, great length, really savory. This benefits even further with food.

Inky black color. Medium to full bodied. Bold, dark fruit, dried cherries and blackberry skins. A definite food wine . Some spice, with a lingering finish. Strong cheeses, salami, or pasta in a rich meat sauce.

Delicious! Good with fennel sausage and broccoli raab

Too reminiscent of a port for my taste.

Very dark and purple. It smells of wet earth and plums. Purple fruit coming out on the palate with nice acidity. Fine wine.
