Drinking nice right now. Honestly wouldn’t hold much longer.

Decent. Too cold when we opened but it really opened as it warmed up. One of Sparkman’s better wines in my opinion.

Nice earthy nose, lot more funk than I expected. Still a little young, tightness in the mouth but a nice wine for the vintage. Keeping my other bottles a little longer. Still a little tight a few hours later. Nice darker fruit starting to come through with a subtle hint of pepper at the end. Good wine.

Taste of dark fruits and berries with a slight earthiness and smooth tannins. Would pair nicely with a steak and holds up nicely to spicy foods.
