Deep ruby, the 2016 Cask 23 Cabernet Sauvignon reveals pure aromas of blackcurrant, blackberries, black plums, dried herbs, wet tea leaf, wood smoke, dark chocolate and roasted almonds. Full bodied with ripe, fine grained tannins and good acidity, this is a bold wine, built like a brick wall. Enjoy it now or until 2050.
