Cucumber water, a hint of white pepper, radish, horseradish, tart citrus. Lower minerality and higher acidity expected.

High acidity within what I've come to expect from Austria and still the weight to work with food as I'd hoped. Citrus towards orange with blossom flowers.

Tart. Crisp.

Dry, nuanced white reminiscent of a dry Riesling.

Tart. Green. Crisp.

Delicious, crisp, delicate effervescence. Great with food or would be great with delicate cheeses and castlevatrano olives.
