I suppose when you expect a wine to taste like curry and fryer oil, anything will exceed your expectations. But this wine is good! Finished longer than expected, nice bright fruit, medium acid. Interesting.

Had to try an Indian wine with our Indian dinner. It's a Chenin Blanc in a semi-detached style. Crisp and refreshing with spicy.

Finally a decent place. Pretty sure I wouldn't find Indian wine anywhere else so here it is. Actually, not bad at all. Strangely enough in addition to the peach and slightly boozy nose I pick up some strawberry. Or maybe I just don't know my berries. Too many of them. Just like the fucking Hindu gods everywhere around here
