still don't understand what all the hype is about.

Have had better Japanese Whiskey but this wasn't bad especially for the price.

Smooth. Light vegetal.

Second bottle... No, not today... since its release. Smooth and easy to like. A good intro to Japanese whiskey, but obviously worth revisiting.

Smooth, easy drinking Japanese whisky.

Color is light yellow. Nose is dominated by fermented grains like intense sake. Taste is actually quite smooth with toffee sweetness and a bit flowering note. Some spiciness, apple cider, and zest in the aftertaste. Cost and value match each other.

Honey ish, vanilla, woody spice. Suntory 🕰. Great value.
