Delicate strawberry nose. Some smoke, some gunpowder, mid to early season cherries and very fragrant. Very classic Very 21. Floral. Just an all star nose. 9.5. Very Pinot. Elegant, supple, and tangy. Some serious classic 21 structure little bit closed very fine tannin. really reminds me of an Alto Piemonte wine. it’s on its way to developing some mid palette sweetness and the tannins can sweeten out a bit. I think this has great upside right now. It’s got that typical 21 kind of tightness out of the bottle. but with air, I expect this to sweeten out. It’s maintaining its elegance while also being incredibly juicy.
