I am on the edge with this one. While I feel it is properly made for the region it is battling funky aromas/notes like beef jerky. It also has none of the bell pepper note I love finding in Loire Franc. It has major puckering red fruits. Tasting it again one day later and it is still very tense. It is not an approachable bottle. You got to want it.
