Best Port sampled in Porto so far. Barreled in 1967, bottled 2016 and quite amazing. Raisins and caramel throughout, honey velvet mouthfeel with a lingering finish that lasted and evolved for minutes after each sip. A treat and honor to be able to taste this one!

Nov 10th, 2024Dessert with a 67 port as a final celebration for my parents 50th anniversary year. Even though the port says “very old”, my parents don’t seem old at all! Lots of lovely caramel, butterscotch, and nutty notes. Paired beautifully with a maple-bacon bread pudding.
