Well-integrated tannins. Give it a little time out of the bottle to open up and reveal some additional layers of complexity.

Medium body. High acid. Lively on the tongue. Poultry spice. Cherry cola. Slightly dusty tannins. Not particularly long finish. Minerally and a bit tart.
