Gavi Cortese

Incredibly mineral. The nose is all flint and wet stone. Seriously, this is smelling the sidewalk after a summer rain. On the palate you definitely get that minerality in the sense of an almost metallic twang, along with some lemon peel. Just a mouth watering, perfect food wine.
