Sardinian Grenache totally sulfur and wood free. A Garagiste wine and one of the best I've had recently. Dark cherry colored with a slight turbidity. Vibrant and expressive nose of wild strawberries, lavender and rose petal with a light touch, almost imperceptible, of VA. Round and light bodied mouthfeel with precision and a long finish with nearly resolved tannins but a slightly dusty bite. Complex and delightful and hides its 14.5% well. $20 from Rimmerman.
