Smooth. Easy drinking. We tend to be fans of "straight up" Tempranillo, but have to say that the Merlot adds a nice "edge" to it.

2008 reserva Tempranillo Merlot blend. 70/30. Unreal oak. Smooth as a you-know-what. Soft and delicate fruit. Tannins have mellowed out but are still resplendent ;) ready to go at a moment's notice
