The Oddity Dry tokaji Furmint

First Hungarian wine. Slightly dry and crisp with apple notes and big minerality. Really interesting!

First of my Hungarian holiday wine exploration - grapes from the motherland! Great Furmint with racy acidity and a hard mineral feeling. Wakes up those taste buds. Had it with crab cakes and arugula. Thanks Mom for the gift!
