Bubbles from rocks. Sparkling pure Saumur Chenin Blanc smells of apple, raspberry, flowers, and a pristine mountain spring. The bubbles lift its wiry structure to balance before a finish of wet stone. Romantic, in the way that hand-hewed beams in a cozy cottage might be romantic.
