Really great to taste this wine for the first time in about a year. This wine is definitely still improving. Very intense. Deep incense-like aromatics, lavender, violet, red to slightly darker fruit. Not quite as complex as the Windy Hill vineyard of the same vintage.

Marshal broke this out weeks ago to taste with the 2019 harvest crew along with some older sgl vn chards. This is another awesome example of how well Rapley rewards patience. Recalling subtle tertiary and a lean towards older vs newer world feel.
