Fruity and clean. Slightly tart with medium dryness. Very tasty.

This is a true Okanagan taste; honeysuckle in the bramble. Not sweet and not light. Good on its own. I haven't found a good food match for it yet.

Great Pinot Gris: generous, complex, fresh, mineral and balanced. Tastes like a friendly talk by the pool at sunset. Love it.
