This ain’t Chinon. Medium garnet color with light ruby accents. Fruity nose with strawberries, subtle blackberry jam, plums, and some green olives. At 14.9, this thing is hot. A big Napa Cab Franc that is nothing like the French style at all, but is reminiscent of domestic Cabs. There are some of the trademark herbal notes on the very lush palate along with black tea, vanilla, and cranberries. After giving it some time to breathe you’ll get more notes of cloves, smoke, oak, and menthol. The high acidity does take the edge off of the alcohol. Not my usual style of Cabernet Franc but definitely not a bad one either.

This is an amazing Can Fran. Smooth, soft blackberry notes. The Titus family does it again!

Color of medium ruby to medium purple with a nose of cola, sour cherry, and bell pepper. Smooth wine with a medium body. Bone dry that is maybe a bit high in acidity. Overall, an enjoyable wine.

Great stuff. A very complex wine, very good berry fruit but you get a dark tea, smokey feel to it but still having smooth soft tannins with a nice dark berry finish.

This is such a smooooth and complete wine. It definitely will finish in my top 10 wine experiences this year. I marvel at how consistently the works of the Titus family NEVER disappoint.

I don't like the term "go-to" when it comes to choosing wines, but it certainly fits when dealing with Phil and Eric's gems. Love to see a family business only growing stronger too.
Thank you Titus fam!

Great Cab Franc with dark color, lots of flavor. Hints of Cherry, pepper. I would buy again. Recommend 30 mins of breathing to soften the subtle cab franc spice
