Hey! At Eataly in New York and ordered this Puglia wine. Earthy, cloves nose. Soft tannins for a 2010 wine. Low acidity. Palate to me is like dark cherry. Relaxing experience.

Smooth. A 12 yr old wine drank very well and with such smooth tannins that I felt like I could drink the whole bottle. Muted dark berries, earth tones, hint of licorice, musty. Well priced and one I would have again.

Dark ruby color with very nice and strong red cherry, blackcurrant, vanilla, mint leaf, and spices on the nose. Full-bodied together with ripe red cherry, mulberry, vanilla, and mild black pepper. Very nice balance & texture, smooth taninns, very nice acidity, and long & spicy on the finish. Like it very much.
