Grapes from the Tondre Grapefield in Santa Lucia Highlands in Monterey County. Aged for 2 years in 100% French oak. Unfined and unfiltered limited production Pinot. Dark cherry, toasty oak, cassis, black tea, medium tannins and a nice, mid palate structure. Great match with lamb, pork, and seafood dishes.
