Really didn't like this. Dog shit on the nose (reductive or Brett?) that was persistent despite double decanting and vigorous aeration, lean and mean on the palate. I have to think there is a reason this has been rated highly by others; perhaps this was just far too young, but everyone in the group agreed that this was not a style of Grüner we enjoyed.

Electric acidity, crisp texture and finish that loves to hang around. White grapefruit, lemon, fresh celery, fresh peas and white pepper. Very focused and precise grüner that out performs for the price.

Another acidic wine that was good for pairing. This one was a white. Pretty good, but not my favorite.
