Wow. Not your sister in laws Pinot Grigio. Tropical and stone fruit, creamy, bread dough, medium to full body. Pretty pronounced flavor. Like.

Delicious, ramato-style Pinot Grigio from Friuli, Italy, and a lovely complement to a tofu stir fry with broccoli, snow peas, carrots, tamari, red chili, mirin, and sesame flavors.

It offers a supportive lift to the meal with citrus notes of grapefruit peel, orange peel, lemon pith, also dried herbs, melon, cantaloupe, blanched almond, and wet stone. Yet it doesn’t compete. It’s a beautiful pairing!
