Great freshness but also tickling with minerality
U can already tell complexity starting to build up
From camomile to violets or wisteria,
Smoked, mushroom and clay,
Orange peel;
Hazelnut and marzipan,
Ginger biscuit
Some how a bit of MoU caramel
Infinite substance ever changing.....

Apr 28th, 2018Bright, light straw, medium viscosity. Honeysuckle, white flowers, healthy acid, lots of lees. Paired very, very well with local Pozzagna fish. Cool finish experience at Il Riccio- you get to pick the exact fish you want, choose prep/sauce, they filet table-side.
