Methode traditionelle sparky Gavi. Spent 30 months on lees. Fine fine bubbles, but perhaps too much nucleation sites - bubbling all over. Hits hard with the floral and toasty notes. Earthy even. But again, where's the fruit. Sigh. Intriguing? Yes, but not my kind of sparkling.
