Pink diamond shade in the glass with notes of strawberry, grapefruit and some kind of herb, maybe coriander, on the nose. It’s super smooth and easy drinking with hints of watermelon 🍉 and nectarine 🍑 on the palate. Light and bright 🥰

Blind Date wine. Definitely effervescent; the screwcap popped off! Pale pink color. Strawberry aromas. High acid, round on the palate when drinking room temp (blind, and didn't know to chill it!!), strawberry flavors and lingering minerals. Thought a rosé of pinot noir and/or from a cold climate with all that acid!
