Varietales Rioja Maturana Tinta

This is an almost extinct grape varietal native to Rioja pre phylloxera, recuperated by the efforts at Viña Ijalba. Intense aromas of dark fruit, soft on the palate with concentrated fruit, best with anything of the grill but ideal with smoked meats.
