Ruby red in the process of turning brick. On the nose there’s beautiful rose petals, ripe plums, chocolate covered raisins, and dry autumn leaves. Oh yes. It has bright and lively acidity, a medium body, a slippery mouthfeel, and fine-grained tannin. There’s flavors of plums, black cherries, toasty oak, and dirt. It finishes with tart acidity, black cherries, and mint. Highly enjoyable!
