Cimlianskiy Blend Rosé

Vedernikov cimlianskiy chorniy rose. Непривычная кислотность для розового, похоже скорее на белое. Но все равно вкусно)

Rosé wine by Vedernikov, 100% indigenous Tsymlyanskiy Cherny (not a blend!)
 
Quite bright, fresh, vivid, exciting. 
Light pink, a bit orangey colour.
Delicate bouquet of wild strawberry, cream, peach, jasmine, apple.
Mouthfeel reveals red and white currant, unripe white plum, green gooseberry, apple lollipop. Acidity is quite high, nearly excessive.
Lingering finish of apple, white strawberry, gooseberry.
Distinct aperitif and pairing to fruit desserts, ice-cream, light fish dishes.
