Blasted with blueberry sauce, wild black cherries and ripe plums. Fruit is on serious steroids. Behind the fruit, aromatic flowers flow out of the glass. Mouth watering acidity, soft tannins, followed by a charged finish full of white chocolate, allspice, and figs. Aged for 6-months in oak to give it a little structure and complexity. Douce Noir can kick some Merlot and Malbec ass. Chuggable!
