Dec 6th, 2013Medium full body, golden color. Lots of green apple, some unripe lemon peel on nose, with a slight bit of rot and crushed mineral. Thick sweetness immediately fades into lemon and moderate plus acid. Moderate plus alcohol. Overall a nice white that's best enjoyed on its own (and certainly not paired with Asian as I did).
