Surprise. What a delicious German Sauvignon Blanc. It has intense grapefruit with pith. ABV is 13%. But a pleasant illusion of sweetness and substantial mouth feel. Initially some SLO. But these quickly blew off in the glass and we are left with good fruitiness, cut grass, and secondary note of Flint.

Very similar tasting to Riesling. Fruity, good acidity, and great citrus notes. Von Winnings blowing minds as usual!
