Sauv Blanc growing in Pfalz and growing very well. As would be expected this wine has a precision and a clean chiseled aroma of lime candy and green herbs. Very pleasant mouthfeel with controlled acidity and a long ripe citrus finish. #SehrGut

This stuff is great. A little bit of everything. Some grassiness, some fruit, some minerality. Great acid. Delicious. $25 at Solano Cellars.
