I'm not a huge sparkling fan but this was crisp, fruity, refreshing, with a hint of orange blossom and all around enjoyable.

Light straw in color with a collection of small bubbles. Yeasty floral aroma yields to a crisp dry grapefruit taste. Medium body with a medium finish. So good with chocolate!
