All the signs of a once stellar bottle of wine. Alas, this bottle of the 2001 vintage is dying...not dead, but on the way. Still has great weight, some salinity and beautiful tropical fruit but underlying everything is the taste of a wine collapsing. Sad. Sad. Sad.
