A semi-cloudy pomegranate color in the glass. Almost red, in fact. A beautifully wacky nose of wild strawberry, dried peaches, and tart cherries. Fresh herbs and mild armpit finish it off. Truly one of the most unique and fun noses I can remember.
A mix of Merlot, Dornfelder, Pinot, and Blauer Portugeiser leads to something that’s really one of a kind. Lightweight and dancing on the tongue. Wonderfully dry but with just the right amount of juiciness. Mint and more unbridled strawberry burst upon the palate. A bit of honeysuckle and pretty funk. Don’t think about this, just drink it. Go get some and thank me later because this is a kaleidoscope of a rosé. Rosé redeemed.
