Crisp, light, fruity and sweet, but dry at the same time. Possibly my favorite NZ Sauv Blanc to date, and that's saying a lot. I was honestly very impressed, and I didn't really expect much from this wine given its price and ratings on here, but I'm glad I gave it a chance. I had it with Tortellini a la Panna in a vodka sauce and a filet mignon. Though it didn't mesh well with the vodka sauce, I was surprised by how well it went with the steak. Seems like a wine that could go well with most meals. Enjoy!
