Dark chocolate and dried pomegranate, with an espresso streak. Lovely violet and Christmas pudding, exhibiting raisins and rum barrel as well as a mushroom log, aromatically. Big tar and black cherry, cassis, graphite and burnt chestnut. A touch of hoisin and lava rock. Bring on the grilled creatures and the fleshy fungi, it's a cold day for alligators!
