This second bottle of Yarunga Field #rose has grown on me since my last taste. The smoke/oak seems toned down, drier strawberry and light cherry notes. I’m still a Provence Rosé guy but this could work well with BBQ. #nswwine

Deeper red #rosé , almost the color of a light Pinot Noir. Consequentially, drinks a little heavier, balanced strawberry fruit and acidity but with some oaky smoky notes that might not be very popular. It would pair great with BBQ chicken or smoked salmon.

Solid, semi sweet, strong cherry notes. Cherry mellowed from candy to more subtle over time
