A beautiful Syrah in classic Rhône style with red pepper, caramelized onions, Dijon mustard and dark plum on the nose with dried plums, licorice, tamarind and red pepper, caramelized onions and charred okra. Beautiful 2014 that shows more oak than its 2016 cousin. Beautiful with Lahori goat or chicken biryani! — 5 years ago

Hints of caramel, raspberry jam and pickled green olives on the nose with hints of raspberry with strong salinity on the palate. Medium body and acidity. I would decant this wine. Good with fatty food like steak, duck, reindeer and venison. — 2 years ago

A blend of mondeuse, gamay and pinot noir blend with roasted plum, licorice, wet forest floor and some charred salinity on the nose and cherries, baking spices, cinnamon, star anise and dried kokum on the palate. This is a bold wine at 11.5 % alcohol. Pair with fatty and buttery dishes. — 5 years ago

A beautiful pink colored rose made out of a rare grape prieto picudo. The rose is made by leaving grape skin overnight with the mash resulting a beautiful hue. On the nose this has sour cherry, lychee, thyme and banana and on palate it has brine, green apple, peach and lemon juice. Pair with semi rich dishes and cured meat. Medium - acidity. — 5 years ago
