Beautiful light amber with a pink undertone! Aroma had honeydew, apricot, toffee, grass,stones, nectarine. On the palate I got peas, apricot, creme fraiche. Would go great with a creamy mushroom dish, seafood, veggies. — 6 years ago

Smelled like lime curd and lemon Gatorade! Palate had notes of stone, minerals, honey, watermelon rind, and chalk. Pair with goat cheese, shellfish, spicy food, pork. — 6 years ago

Effervescent, acidic, spritey. Lots of granny smith green apple from the get go. Lots of minerals, wet rocks. A slight buttery/lard with chives aftertaste. — 6 years ago
