My husband purchased this 2001 vintage in Bordeaux in 2005. We enjoyed it thoroughly on February 14, 2015. The longer we let it breathe, the smoother it got. Paired beautifully with grilled rib eye steak and a Mushroom Demi-Glace made with some of this wine. — 10 years ago
